Job Opportunity: Account Manager - New Design Sector Launch

Location: Loughton, Essex (Full-time, with occasional travel to Shoreditch and other events)

Type: Permanent | Full-time

Salary: £35 - £40k plus commission

The Role

We're looking for a revenue driven Account Manager to join the impressive team full-time in their Loughton office. You'll be instrumental in driving exhibitor and sponsorship sales for this ground-breaking new event. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you'll work to exceed revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and help shape the long-term success of the launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop, grow, and manage a high-quality client base
  • Ensure a strong exhibitor mix and strategic stand placement
  • Attend relevant events to represent the brand professionally
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and content teams
  • Provide creative input into show design, features, and promotions
  • Keep CRM and admin systems up to date and accurate
  • Support colleagues across the wider events portfolio when needed
