You will bring to this role your team management and Board experience as well as in-depth expertise within this fast growing e-commerce sector as the company looks to establish a network of local sellers and vendors in the UK and Europe and a UK team to look after them. TITLE: REMOTE MANDARIN CHINESE speaking E-commerce Specialist

Salary: £170,000-£200,000 + Performance bonus (generous)

DUTIES:

• Research, develop and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform.
• Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform.
• Help vendors develop business plans (e.g., market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, logistics).
• Conduct market research and understand online consumer purchasing behaviors.
• Assist vendors with logistics planning during high-demand periods such as Christmas.
• Undertake data analysis of consumer trends.
