Job Description

The UK Sales Manager will be responsible for leading Panaget's development of the UK market. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement a strategy for commercial growth across the UK.
  • Conduct regular visits to key clients to promote the brand.
  • Manage and develop the distribution network: Maintain relationships with existing partners and seek new opportunities.
  • Analysis and negotiation: Understand customer needs through technical and commercial expertise.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (rates, discounts, rebates, payment terms) within set limits and close deals.
  • Promotional activities & events: Organize promotional actions within the geographical area.
  • Collaborate with designers, interior architects, and real estate developers, especially at high-end design fairs.
  • Technical support and after-sales service: Offer technical assistance, organize customer and sales training, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven business development experience: Preferably in building materials or A&D sectors.
  • Dynamism and independence: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Passion for design, decoration, and high-end products: A strong interest in these areas is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French.
