Title: Digital Designer

Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits

Location: Stockport, 5 days a week in office

You will have creative oversight to elevate the user experience across email marketing, social media channels, mobile apps, and website. Reporting to the Art Director, you'll be part of a wider creative team working on exciting campaigns and projects. As this is a new position, there are ample opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for all platforms and marketing needs.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, GIFs, and current trends to ensure high engagement and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with UX teams to design user-friendly web pages and improve mobile app UI/UX.
• Retouch images and product shots taken by the in-house Social and Photography team.
• Assist in creating media content including graphics, animations, and digital ads aligned with social trends and the beauty & fashion industry.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a portfolio demonstrating your previous creative work across social posts, eCommerce websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles aligned with the customer journey.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Passion for digital design, branding, and creating aesthetically pleasing content, preferably in the beauty & cosmetics industry.
• Ability and willingness to work in the office 5 days a week with a collaborative team.
