Our client, a leading player in the online gaming industry, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead their ESG Reporting workstream. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective processes across the Group for collecting and reporting on ESG related KPIs.

Senior Finance Manager - ESG Reporting

Location: London

What you'll do:

1. Lead the ESG Reporting team to support all ESG reporting
2. Design, develop and implement ESG Reporting within finance
3. Develop standardized policies and processes relating to ESG reporting
4. Ensure scalability of policies and processes for future M&A integration
5. Coordinate with teams across the Business to enhance data collection and process flows
6. Implement SOX level controls over end-to-end processes
7. Manage audit process over ESG disclosures with external auditors
8. Monitor global regulatory ESG reporting landscape to ensure compliance
9. Provide training and guidance to relevant teams on reporting governance

What you bring:

1. University degree in finance/accounting
2. Accounting Designation with 10+ years of experience post qualification
3. Experience in consolidations, accounting and financial reporting
4. Experience working in a SOX internal controls environment
5. Proven track record of design, implementation and operationalization of efficient processes and controls
6. Experience in building and managing teams; mentoring, developing staff
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
8. Strong business acumen, communication, presentation skills; A team player.
9. Comfort with ambiguity; Attention to detail and accuracy
