Are you ready to break down barriers in international commerce and help shape the future of cross border trade? Join us as we rebuild and enhance the UK/EU marketplace ecosystem, enabling sellers from all origins to grow their businesses across the UK and EU.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring someone who can both envision the future state of cross border selling and drive the practical steps to achieve it. In a post Brexit landscape, you'll be at the forefront of reconnecting the UK and EU marketplaces, working to create seamless selling experiences for our Sellers. Success in this role demands comfort with ambiguity, the ability to influence without authority, and exceptional skill in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes while maintaining focus on seller success.

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Cross Border Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing programs within our multi billion dollar cross border business. You'll create a friction free selling experience across the UK/EU border, working with teams across CN, US, EU, UK, and EU expansion regions to drive unified strategies and solutions. This highly visible role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, seller focused solutions. This program has high EU 3P leadership visibility providing you with the opportunity to directly impact and shape the future of cross border selling at Amazon.

We're seeking a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset who brings strong data analysis and project/program management experience, excellence in problem solving, and a proven track record of success in fast paced environments. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and possesses a passion for solving seller pain points, with demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business solutions that drive performance and influence change. As a program manager, you must be capable of crafting a big picture vision and garnering support from partner organizations and global teams to bring it to fruition. Natural curiosity, eagerness to dive deep into data, and skill at balancing multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on long term strategic goals are essential qualities for success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
* Drive strategic cross border initiatives across seller profitability and selection guidance tools to drive growth
* Optimize the end to end seller journey through data driven decision making, focusing on holistic improvements to the seller experience across all touchpoints
* Lead end to end program development, from data analysis and pilot design to full scale implementation on new initiatives
* Influence worldwide product roadmaps to deliver scalable cross border solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across CN, US, EU, UK, and EU expansion regions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or similar
- * 3+ years of program management experience in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- * Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data driven decision making
- * Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change
- * Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight)
- * Experience in presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- * Strong narrative writing skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- * MBA or a Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations
- * Strong SQL knowledge and experience in Quicksight
- * Experience with Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement
- * Experience with lean process, kaizen, six sigma, and process improvement
- * Demonstrated experience in performing complex data analysis
