Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative (5m FTC)

Location: Burton-on-Trent and across Midlands

Hourly Rate: £12.21

Contract Type: Fixed-term, 5 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:30, possible overtime

About the role

As part of our Grounds Maintenance team in Burton, you will maintain the green spaces of Burton and surrounding areas for our high-profile clients across the Midlands. Your duties will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience, including with ride-on mowers
  • Full valid UK manual driving licence; ability to tow trailers is desirable
  • A can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable
