Leading a team

Main Responsibilities

• Attend pre-match managers briefings and participate in required training.
• Monitor staff practices, assist with training and development, and handle staff complaints.
• Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests and work efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, and handle complaints effectively.
• Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and allocated breaks.
• Maintain a smart and presentable appearance in line with company policies.
