About the Team

Process Excellence is an exciting new team within the Employee Experience area. This team will own end-to-end People Processes, provide leading design expertise to enable the delivery of world-class, global-standard, optimized employee experiences, and will provide strategic and operational partnership and leadership to our HR COE teams, supporting the future HR model.

Top Accountabilities

  1. Lead with deep expertise in recruitment process design, HR strategy, and emerging technology trends.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into streamlined, tech-enabled HR solutions.
  3. Drive performance and innovation using platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and other cloud-based HR systems.
  4. Promote a connected, process-driven mindset that breaks down silos and delivers results.
  5. Guide cross-functional teams with clear communication, agile execution, and a business-first approach.

What you will bring

  1. A proven track record in recruitment process design, HR system implementation, and successful transformation initiatives.
  2. Strong understanding of HR technology architecture, risk management, and engineering principles.
  3. Experience designing recruitment experiences in Workday.
  4. Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, among others.
  5. You are curious, driven, inspirational, and always seek smarter, cost-effective ways to deliver value.
