What we offer

• Starting pay is $20+ for experienced techs who are licensed in 3A

• $1000 signing bonus ($250@30 days, $250@60 days, $500@6 months)

Who you are

• Great Attitude and willingness to learn

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

• Michigan Department of Agriculture license in CORE and 3A

• Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50lbs., walk, stand, and bend for moderate periods of time

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a route that consists of 500 – 600 customers

• Service and evaluate your customer’s property every 4-6 weeks

• Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems

• Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
