Hours: 35 hours per week
The Research Initiatives Manager is a vital position within the College, responsible for collaborating with senior clinicians to lead projects that support child-health research initiatives. These include managing research awards, organizing research events, and enhancing research capacity by integrating academic skills into the paediatric workforce and promoting academic research.
You will also oversee the RCPCH Genomics Programme, developing resources and activities to prepare our membership for advancements in genomics medicine.
The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) sets standards for medical education and training in paediatrics and child health in the UK. We advocate for child health locally and internationally, influencing medical practice quality in hospitals and communities.
