We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role offers the chance to work across all our outlets, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of kitchen environments with opportunities for career progression.
Ingredient Preparation: Accurately prepare ingredients to recipe specifications, ensuring proper portioning and quality control.
Cooking & Execution: Cook dishes to perfection, adhering to established recipes and high standards.
Plate Presentation: Deliver beautifully plated dishes that meet our aesthetic and quality expectations.
Mentorship: Supervise and guide junior chefs, supporting their development and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized station that aligns with food safety and sanitation standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, communicate needs to the Sous Chef, and minimize waste.
Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our consistency and quality standards.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and enhance our menus.
Team Coordination: Work closely with other Chef de Parties to ensure seamless service across all sections.
