Responsibilities

  • Technical Lead & Architect assigned to all customers.
  • Work closely with clients to operationalize their solutions frictionlessly from Proof of Concept to "Steady State".
  • Plan, design, build and deploy Claroty's solution to meet the client's objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
  • Act as the point of contact for the Customers for all their technical requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback.
  • Develop artifacts and documentation to optimize services and create value for customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager.
  • CCNP certification is a must (CCIE is an advantage).
  • Deep knowledge of IT networks is required; previous experience as a Network architect will be an asset.
  • Linux operation and troubleshooting skills - Must.
  • Experience with Operational Technologies is a plus.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Additional languages - Advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
