Production Operative – Print Finishing (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Redditch

Salary: £13 – £14 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is a well-established provider of specialist print finishing services to the carton industry. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our team in a temporary position, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

We are hiring for a variety of roles within our production department, including:

• Printing
• Lamination
• Folding and Gluing
• Pick and Place

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in one or more of the above areas
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay: £13.20 - £14.50 (depending on experience)
