Job Description
We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in ForgeRock IAM products and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have:
- 10 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM products such as AM, IDM, IG, and DS.
- Strong experience with PingOne Advanced Cloud, including designing, implementing, and managing scalable IAM solutions.
- Experience in integrating PingOne Advanced Cloud with existing applications and infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Ping Platform, ForgeRock Cloud, and Ping Gateway, along with ForgeRock IG.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ForgeRock and Access Management solutions using both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Proven track record with multiple implementation projects involving integration and migration of products like Okta, PingFederate, Entra ID, ForgeRock ISAM, NETIQ, SiteMinder, and OAM.
- Experience managing operations teams, acting as an L3 escalation point, or supporting as an L4 on vendor side.
- Strong expertise in ForgeRock platform components including Gateway, Management, and Access Management.
- In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock Platform Manager, Access Manager, Java, JavaScript, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs, and LDAP Directory Services.
- Experience configuring ForgeRock AMD, JIDMIG in highly available environments.
- Designing, solutioning, and architecting AM solutions, with excellent communication with product vendors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system integration of Access Management products.
- Ability to review IT artifacts and guide teams according to industry best practices.
- Contributing to community knowledge bases with lessons learned, best practices, and tools, utilizing SharePoint.
- Capability to set and drive the technical architecture for IAM tools and serve as the final escalation point.
- Leading innovation in the IAM space, including process improvements, metrics, and COE initiatives.
- Leading AM operations and engineering teams through various project phases and release cycles.
- Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML, and Kerberos.
- Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, Agile practices, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and configuration management.
- Web development skills with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and CSS frameworks.
- Knowledge of BCP/DR activities related to IAM products.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Java, PowerShell, and others.
