Purpose of the Role

Carnsew Quarry, part of the Colas Ltd Group, is a quarrying business near Falmouth, Cornwall. We are seeking a permanent Weighbridge Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Main Responsibilities

The Weighbridge Coordinator is a front-of-house role requiring a professional and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include managing the weighbridge processes, monitoring material movement, coordinating with customers and haulage providers for daily deliveries, and ensuring all site rules are followed. You will also assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability, contributing to the Aggregates and Asphalt team to deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, a good team player, and capable of working independently. Experience in a similar role involving delivery monitoring and familiarity with IT systems related to vehicle scheduling and monitoring are essential.

Package Description

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £31,000 per annum
