Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Outpatient Dialysis

Position Details:

• No dialysis experience required; training provided, which may occur at a different facility or clinic.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current LPN-LVN license in your practicing state.
• CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved training program prior to operating the water treatment system.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• At least one year of hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
