We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a multi-accredited legal practice who have a very good reputation in the region. This successful firm offers a unique combination of high-quality work and a supportive environment that promotes wellbeing in the workplace.

Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a caseload of good quality work for both a mix of SME's and larger firms. Working alongside experienced lawyers, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise further.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and prepare leases, easements, and related documents
Draft sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender, and tenancy agreements
Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the regional property market
Handle various aspects of development work, including site appraisals and planning agreements
Accurately record all matter-related time using the case management system
Adhere to the Solicitors' Accounts Rules at all times

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in commercial property
Confident self-starter capable of handling a range of transactions
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills
