Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a caseload of good quality work for both a mix of SME's and larger firms. Working alongside experienced lawyers, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise further.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and prepare leases, easements, and related documents
  • Draft sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender, and tenancy agreements
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the regional property market
  • Handle various aspects of development work, including site appraisals and planning agreements
  • Accurately record all matter-related time using the case management system
  • Adhere to the Solicitors' Accounts Rules at all times

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in commercial property
  • Confident self-starter capable of handling a range of transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
