We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRO Manager to drive website sales. In this role, you will leverage your data-driven approach to analyse and improve key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our clients website, focusing on speed, stability, upselling opportunities, and the booking funnel, ensuring an optimal user experience for both guests and the business.

As CRO Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, including dynamic pricing strategies tailored to different customer segments. You will also manage in-house SEO activities, content and campaign updates, and lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts. By utilising A/B testing and working closely with UX designers, you will enhance the website’s conversion rate while ensuring a seamless, guest-centric experience. You will also manage processes related to revenue, demand forecasting, inventory, and opportunity analysis to maximise revenue potential and identify new growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot website and system issues, and experience with performance analysis and reporting. You will also have a collaborative approach, working alongside the development team to introduce new features and improvements. A solid understanding of HTML and development workflows will be advantageous, as well as experience managing email campaigns and competitor analysis. If you are passionate about digital performance and have a drive to continuously improve, we would love to hear from you.
