An established industry player is seeking a Principal EICA Engineer to join their dynamic Engineering Team in Southampton. This exciting role offers hybrid working and involves leading innovative projects in the Water Industry. You will be responsible for developing electrical and control system designs, ensuring compliance with specifications, and promoting health and safety throughout the design process. Due to continued success and new Framework awards, we are looking to strengthen our Engineering Team with the appointment of a Principal EICA Engineer based in our Southampton office, with hybrid working available.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (EICA) and will be joining our multi-disciplined Innovation, Design & Solutions (IDS) department working on the design of projects covering, but not limited to the following:
The IDS design team is involved in all phases of the project lifecycle from feasibility studies through to detailed design and construction support and are instrumental in providing technical support across the business as a whole.
