Head Room Café, our social enterprise hub, is looking for a passionate and empathetic individual to join our food and beverage team as a Barista.
There is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that this person will need to be an orthodox Jew, shomer mitzvot, and be approved and comply with the supervisory Kashrut authority. The job includes being Ne'eman Kashrut. The candidate should be shomer mitzvot and will need to be approved by the kashrut authority.
Head Room Café goes beyond serving coffee and great food; it is a community hub that provides free daily groups and activities, mental health support, education, and connection to everyone in the local community. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the vibrant community spirit that defines Head Room.
This post is for 40 hours per week and may include some Sundays. Additional hours may be required to meet business needs, including evenings to cover events. The café is open from 8am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays.
