Senior Growth Marketing Executive
Salary: C.£35k DOE + Benefits.
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid role with 1-3 days in-office, depending on location)

My client is a leader in officially licensed pop culture merchandise, creating must-have products for fans of Ghostbusters, Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park, The Last of Us and more. Their e-commerce brands deliver high-quality collectibles to passionate fans worldwide.

The Role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you'll drive revenue and customer acquisition through affiliate marketing, social media, and paid channels. Working closely with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager and a collaborative team, you'll execute strategies to scale their brands.

Your role in more detail…

  1. Affiliate & Paid Media: Manage and optimize campaigns, allocate budgets, and drive performance.
  2. Social & Lead Growth: Support organic social media and targeted campaigns.
  3. Data-Driven Strategy: Track performance, produce reports, and provide insights.
  4. Creative Collaboration: Work with designers on engaging assets.
  5. Trendspotting: Identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements of the role

  1. Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce marketing with expertise in affiliate marketing and paid media.
  2. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
  3. Sharp eye for detail: Execute campaigns with precision.
