Job Description

The role:

We’re looking for a passionate and curious media specialist committed to creating the best partnership content possible.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in content creation, including graphic creation and video editing (agency or publisher), and a strong interest in social media.

You will work closely with the Snr Brand & Content Manager and Snr Brand & Content Executive to create promotional content for branded partnerships collaboratively, while also being able to work independently.

You will also be responsible for co-running and creating content for our own pages, where applicable. You should be confident in planning, attending, and hosting shoots in public with team members.

This role focuses on curating engaging and relatable content for campaigns and in-house projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the founder and Senior Brand & Content Manager to define a commercial strategy for GBM, driving briefs and revenue for top brands and agencies.
  • Growing and exploring GBM’s market proposition in the UK, working with clients and agency stakeholders to increase awareness, revenue, and achieve targets.
  • Securing presentation sessions and industry opportunities to promote GBM’s proposition.
  • Collaborating with the team to create strategies and proposals for new business and reactive opportunities.
  • Identifying trends and creating reactive content across channels.
  • Planning and attending shoots, editing content for publication.
  • Pitching client programs, delivering presentations, and managing social campaigns.
  • Developing a pipeline of commercial opportunities across distribution, partnerships, amplification, management, and content creation.
  • Maintaining communication with leadership, managing pipelines and forecasts.
  • Seeking industry relationships to optimize revenue and opportunities, working with various agency teams.
  • Representing GBM externally, engaging with partners and the advertising community, attending industry events.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from brief to execution.
  • Managing and growing assigned social pages, from sourcing to posting and performance management.
