Marketing Manager Fintech Up to £55k Remote

Join a fast-growing fintech scale-up and lead the marketing relaunch from the ground up.

My client is a fintech business ready to bring marketing in-house for the first time. With no formal internal marketing function currently in place, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to take full ownership of the strategy, shape the brand, and lead the go-to-market relaunch of their flagship product.

What you'll be doing:

1. Owning the entire marketing function from content and campaign planning through to delivery
2. Writing press releases, blogs, newsletters, award entries, and building out all sales collateral
3. Leading the relaunch of a key B2B product, helping define the brand and go-to-market strategy
4. Working alongside an external agency, the product team, and senior stakeholders
5. Driving brand awareness, growing LinkedIn presence, and generating leads
6. Setting KPIs around conversion, engagement, and reach within the first 3 months
