Driver Only Positions

Due to the location of our services, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Experience Required

We provide full training through our award-winning Learning & Development team before you start. This includes classroom-based sessions, e-learning modules, and shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.

For this particular role, we are looking for someone with experience of Complex needs, ASD, Epilepsy, Challenging behaviour, and who has worked within a CALMS service previously.

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank Roles Available!
  • You must be flexible, as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers.

About The Role

As a Support Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:

  • Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.
  • Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
  • Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
  • Practical Support - Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
