Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time Export Documentation Consultant to join our busy Export Documentation Department in Ashford, Middlesex. Our team works with all types of export documentation, collaborating closely with our customers and the London Chamber of Commerce to meet deadlines.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

1. Raising and issuing all export documentation
2. Liaising with customers via telephone and email
3. Handling telephone enquiries and providing quotes
4. Covering Reception when required
5. Transferring telephone calls to various staff and departments
6. Liaising with couriers
7. Working under pressure to meet deadlines
8. Providing excellent customer service with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and high-quality documentation

Experience in this role is not essential as full training will be provided.
