Job Description:

Are you an Engineering Data Co-ordinator seeking a new challenge? Do you have a passion for future vehicle development?

If so, Expleo has an opportunity for you! One of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers is currently recruiting a Data Co-ordinator to help develop innovative automotive products. You will play a crucial role in the Virtual Build and Test team, supporting the transition of products from virtual to physical testing. Based in Warwickshire, you will support a dedicated team of Engineers on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Organize the delivery of engineering data (CAD) for vehicle programs to enable virtual build and testing activities.
• Produce and manage a delivery plan for engineering data through engagement with engineering teams.
• Highlight issues and risks in the data delivery plan that may impact activities.
• Ensure issues are raised and tracked to resolution.
• Establish resolution plans for engineering data quality issues.
• Report on status and key activities to support virtual test plans.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Basic knowledge of Automotive Engineering.
• Knowledge of CAD or Bill of Materials (BoM).
• Experience in managing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge or experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is desirable.
