My client works in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and is currently undergoing a major digital transformation. They recently migrated from a 20-year legacy system to D365 Business Central, integrated with a new warehouse management system and other IT and hardware improvements. They are seeking an experienced individual to lead their IT sector as the Head of Digital Transformation.

You will report directly to the CEO and oversee 2 D365 BC specialists (hiring these positions), the Head of IT, and 2 Hardware specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, compliance, and data security.
• Oversee internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
• Lead development and maintenance of customer-facing digital solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and data security.
• Ensure compliance and data security in all digital initiatives with robust security measures.
• Manage relationships with IT partners, ensuring service quality, budget adherence, and timelines.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Create and maintain a technology roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies for adoption.
• Present technology updates and strategies at SLT meetings to keep leadership informed and aligned.

Key Requirements:
