Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and offer a variety of opportunities and career paths. Our purpose is to act for a winning team, culture, and community by being courageous in progress, championing our community and each other, and doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.

Your day-to-day

  1. Design and present coaching strategies, delivering coaching programmes for all players in our Academy and ensuring implementation within agreed timescales.
  2. Prepare and submit player appraisals ahead of discussions with our Recruitment Coordinator, as required for the Elite Player Performance Plan.
  3. Produce critical documentation, including session plans, match and attendance reports, and reviews.
  4. Manage our Academy equipment efficiently, maintaining high standards.
  5. Conduct player reviews, collaborating with our Recruitment Coordinator and holding meetings with players, parents/guardians, and coaches.
  6. Participate in future-focused discussions with our Recruitment team to define retention and release strategies.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Credible coaching qualifications such as UEFA B Licence, Advanced Youth Award, UEFA A Licence, or UEFA Pro Licence.
  2. Excellent communication skills, capable of building impactful relationships with parents/guardians, coaches, and players of varying ages.
  3. Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in producing insightful reports and delivering clear verbal feedback.

Please note: a valid driving license is required for this role.
