Our boutique fashion apparel brand client seeks a highly experienced Global Head of ECommerce & Digital to lead and drive their global e-commerce business. This role is responsible for the full P&L management of the e-commerce operations in local and international markets, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, UI/UX optimization, international expansion, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile fulfilment. Experience in Salesforce & Shopify is essential, as is the ability to pull together dashboards and analyze data across e-commerce and digital performance (via PowerBI, GA4, and reporting tools within SF and Shopify).

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership, with a proven track record of managing P&L for an online business.
  • Over 4 years of experience within the Fashion Apparel domain.
  • Experience with Salesforce & Shopify, with recent work within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to create dashboards and analyze data across e-commerce and digital performance (PowerBI, GA4, etc.).
  • Strong background in UI/UX optimization, conversion rate improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, omnichannel strategies, and DTC brand growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive energy and drive.
