No prior teaching experience is required—only a specialist subject you wish to teach. You must have the right to work in the UK and be over 18. Confidence and excellent communication skills are beneficial.

Working hours and benefits:

The role offers flexible hours within the school day (8.30am – 3.15pm), Monday to Friday, with holidays during school breaks, including Christmas, Easter, and summer, during which you will receive holiday pay. The starting rate for Graduate Instructors is £100 per day.

Flexibility:

You will have complete control over your shifts, allowing you to organize your week according to your needs. The school year comprises 195 days, and salaries in the UK typically range from over £21,500 depending on location and experience.

Key responsibilities:

As a Graduate Instructor with Coyle Education, you will:

• Arrive promptly and settle classrooms calmly.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure work is completed.
• Set clear expectations and facilitate quiet discussion.
• Manage pupil behaviour.
• Report any issues to senior staff.
• Collect completed work.
