About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to support our daily operations at our site in Trentham. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow the right candidate to be part of a fast-paced and challenging logistics environment, working to maintain the performance of warehouse operations.

Shift pattern: Greenshift, Rotating Days, Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00/ 15:00 - 23:00, working 1 in 3 weekends

How will you contribute?

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Warehouse Team Members, ensuring smooth running of the operation.
  • Promote a culture of safety and foster an open and honest environment.
  • Drive team members' success and support their growth and development.
  • Meet KPIs related to time, cost, and customer service.
  • Ensure all team members receive effective daily business communications and implement staff engagement plans to motivate the team.
