Due to growth in business, a new permanent opportunity for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Service Desk/Cloud Systems Engineer to join an expanding MSP based organisation in West Sussex.
The role involves providing high-level remote and on-site IT support, specializing in migrating clients to the Cloud (MS Azure) and supporting them thereafter.
All Engineers will utilize their full range of knowledge to handle all incoming queries, whether 1st or 2nd line.
Working in a fully Microsoft environment, you should be passionate about technology, enjoy customer communication, and have opportunities to visit clients for on-site support and relationship building.
There are opportunities for skill development and career progression in Service Desk roles.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with an hour for lunch. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including one day remote work per week, and is supportive of personal commitments.
