The Work

• Design marketing assets: landing pages, ads, short videos, social graphics, web visuals
• Create polished presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads
• Contribute to video projects: storyboarding, visual design, light animation, editing
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while introducing fresh design solutions
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and priorities
• Stay updated with creative trends, digital formats, and AI design tools

Needed Expertise

• 3+ years in digital or creative design roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio with marketing-focused work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Confidence in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats
• Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or Bannerflow
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
