  • Studying for ACCA / ACA or AAT Level 4 is ideal.

Job description

Sewell Wallis are working with a forward thinking firm of Accountants in Leeds looking to recruit a Semi Senior Accountant - c£25k - £35k.


Our client is looking for an individual with 2-3 years' experience in Practice and you will be working as part of a growing team.


What will you be doing?

  1. Supporting a portfolio of clients.
  2. Preparing management accounts and bookkeeping.
  3. Preparation of statutory and financial statements.
  4. Liaise with clients, attending meetings and dealing with queries.
  5. VAT returns.
  6. Preparing personal and corporate tax returns.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What skills are we looking for?

  1. Ideally studying ACCA / ACA or AAT Level 4.
  2. Experience working in Practice.
  3. Ability to build relationships with clients and across the firm.
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
