Hourly rates: £20.83 (group sessions), £12.24 (admin sessions)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, including measurements and questionnaires
  • Deliver group sessions on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change
  • Support service users in achieving their health goals
  • Maintain accurate data records for all caseloads
  • Engage with service users to ensure adherence and reduce dropouts
  • Conduct risk assessments for delivery venues as needed
