Estimator - Social Housing

This construction Social Housing refurbishment contractor is recruiting for an experienced Estimator that can manage several of their growing client accounts.

Responsibilities include:

1. Commercially managing small works and maintenance refurbishment contracts.
2. Managing diaries to accommodate site and office days.
3. Working within frameworks, planned, response, and capital works alongside refurbishment for commercial and leisure projects.

Experience in these areas would be a distinct advantage.
