We are seeking an Office Manager to support the incredible team of a vibrant and passionate architectural firm. With a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and longevity, we offer a place where professionals don’t just work—they belong.

Compensation: $55-65K

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Handle travel itineraries and executive scheduling.
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and ensure the office is stocked and tidy.
  • Maintain public contact list, update licenses, and manage AIA credits.
  • Assist HR with employee reviews and new hire orientation.
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and social gatherings.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of office management in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and a “no task is too small” mindset.
