About the Job:

The role primarily involves taking ownership of internal communications for a Civil Engineering company with over 450 staff and an annual turnover exceeding £100m.

80% of the work will be producing written content for our socials, intranet, and website, with additional duties to support the rest of the department.

This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with at least 1-2 years of experience, capable of following a message calendar and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify a story; a PR/Marketing mindset would be beneficial—someone who can turn a small event into a compelling story.

You don't need to be a filmmaker or SEO expert, nor require hacking skills or influencer experience. We're looking for a storyteller—someone who can craft captivating narratives to engage our audience.
