About Our Client

Our client is a leading and well-known entity within the not-for-profit space and they are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stockport office on a temporary on-going basis with the view to go permanent.

Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Answer calls and handle call-centre type queries related to customer well-being.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to customers.
  • Update customer accounts within a CRM system.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience working within a call centre environment is essential.
  • Ability to commit to an on-going temporary role with the view to go permanent.
  • Confidence on the phone and a positive demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
  • Team player.

Minimum Requirements

A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role, along with a successful DBS check.

Fully flexible availability is required, as this role includes different shifts on a 16-week rota, which include days (06:00 - 16:00), (14:00 - 22:30), and (22:00 - 06:00).
