The Microwave Materials Team:
The Microwave Materials team is a key part of BAE Systems' Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) organisation. We specialise in cutting-edge research and development of radar absorbent, radar transparent, and metamaterial technologies. Our work directly supports the design and manufacture of next-generation defence systems through our on-site advanced manufacturing facility. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled group, we focus on translating novel scientific concepts into real-world applications, supporting both current platforms and future capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of electromagnetic materials innovation, contributing to the development of disruptive technologies such as antenna integration and advanced electronics.
