Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling, with shifts scheduled within your available windows, and provide 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
