We are working with a long-established, fast-scaling SaaS business seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to join their growing engineering team. The company is heavily investing in product innovation and team expansion to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the frontend development of a mission-critical enterprise platform used by major global organizations.

Role:

You will serve as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for the frontend architecture and delivery within a modern, agile environment. You will manage a team of four frontend engineers across EU time zones and collaborate closely with the executive leadership team, including the CEO and incoming CTO.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in a product-focused environment, tackling complex UI challenges rather than creating basic web applications.
