Role Overview: In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multidisciplinary approach, you will champion best practices in patient management, support staff recruitment, and participate in budget planning, supply monitoring, and maintaining Quality Management Systems. You will ensure clinic compliance with standards and effective performance.

Candidate Profile: You should be an NMC Registered Nurse with substantial post-registration experience, including significant exposure to haemodialysis, and possess outstanding administrative, organizational, and clinical skills. Experience in managing teams, counseling patients, and understanding the Care Quality Commission role is essential.

About the Clinic: Hull Renal Unit operates 40 haemodialysis stations serving up to 176 patients. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 06:00 and 22:30, Monday to Saturday.
