Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations and Security Administrator to join the Frontier Technology Team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at our head office in Witham St Hughs, the role will operate on a hybrid pattern of 3 days on-site and 2 days from home, with occasional travel to other locations.

The successful candidate will handle daily IT operational activities including access and workflow administration, record maintenance, and operational support.

About You
  • Experience in operational or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of digital access principles (identity, authentication, authorization)
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in recording and auditing access levels
  • Team-oriented with a supportive attitude
Your Role

As an IT Operations and Security Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions across systems and applications, including provisioning, auditing, de-provisioning, and role assignments
  • Creating secure accounts for data sharing and managing third-party access
  • Monitoring and reporting access levels to ensure audit compliance
  • Supporting systems related to Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Handling access level change requests within RBAC and SoD guidelines
  • Providing administrative support for IAM, ITIL, and security processes
  • Performing regular reviews and maintenance of access records and IT artifacts
