Job overview

The role of neonatal HCSW is to support the delivery of high-quality, safe care to babies and their families. The HCSW will be a competent individual working as a member of the neonatal team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. Following appropriate competency-based training, the HCSW will work with in/direct supervision of a registered nurse but will be guided by the nurses’ expertise.

Main duties of the job:

  • To be part of a team that provides high-quality family integrated care to babies and their families.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
