Sought after Law Firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a skilful Legal Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic legal secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a thriving team of Lawyers covering all areas of Law on a Float basis. Allowing them to focus their efforts on fee earning, the successful legal secretary will manage a varied workload of secretarial duties with minimal supervision.

  • Opening and closing files
  • Audio typing
  • Making appointments and arranging meetings
  • Diary management
  • Telephony
  • Reception duties
  • Postal duties
  • General administrative duties

The Candidate
  • Legal secretaries with at least one year’s experience
  • A Legal secretary background is essential for this role
  • Experience in private client law is preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm
  • IT literate with the ability to operate case management systems
  • Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
