Associate - Residential Sales

Our client, an established and highly regarded residential consultancy with an outstanding market presence, is looking to hire several senior residential sales professionals into the business over the next 3 months.

Known for delivering best in class service in the sector, built around a track record stretching almost a century, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking and incredibly ambitious senior management team who have grand expansion plans.

These plans, involving the opening of several new offices whilst transforming the way in which they do residential property as a whole, will be hugely rewarding. The ideal candidate joining the team will be someone adding firepower to their senior team while growing their market presence and winning more instructions from day one. This is an opportunity to help shape something and make a positive impact, which in itself is special!

You as the right applicant need the following:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in London residential sales
  • Possess a proven track record within the market and demonstrable record of success
  • A proven track record in winning market appraisals
  • Enjoy cross selling, creating opportunities, and nurturing clients so that they engage with the wider company departments, including property management, design, finance, etc.
  • Be target driven, ambitious, money motivated, and have a can-do attitude!
  • Be a top team player and looking to contribute to overall company success
  • Enjoy a fast-paced and evolving working environment
  • Full clean driver's license

Package: £30,000 Basic, On target £100,000 minimum plus benefits
