A leading company seeks a Marketing Manager for Automations to enhance guest experiences through CRM strategies and campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and maximizing revenue opportunities. Introduction:
The CRM automations manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated CRM campaigns that will enhance the guest experience, drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, and maximize long-term revenue opportunities for Premier Inn.
This role encompasses service emails (e.g., booking confirmation, pre-stay) as well as behavioral triggers and lifecycle messaging.
This position is pivotal in our goal to increase Guest Lifetime Value, as it will be accountable for post-booking upsell/cross-sell efforts and communications designed to drive retention.
Salary:
£50,000 DOE
Location:
Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
