Our client is an independently owned M&E Design and Build contractor based in the North West. With a successful track record of more than 15 years, a £10 million turnover, and a diverse portfolio in Student accommodations, Leisure and Hotels, Residential, and Stadiums across the UK, they are now looking to expand their team with an MEP Manager.
This is a great opportunity for somebody with several years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager willing to step into a more senior role or an already experienced MEP Manager looking for a move. You’ll be responsible for managing Luxury High End Residential and Student accommodation projects across the Manchester and Liverpool area, worth up to £3 million in value.
You’ll play an integral role in the construction and renovation of buildings, focusing on coordinating and completing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Merseyside & Greater Manchester area
£55,000 to £60,000 (depending on the experience) + car & package

As an MEP Project Manager, you will have a relevant degree qualification in construction or project management. You must have commercial awareness and strong influencing and negotiation skills. You’ll have the ability to present with confidence and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of the construction market and a broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation is essential.
